Once hired, drivers are required to come in for orientation (1/2 day), training - consists of four (4.5) consecutive days of classroom training, followed the next week by five (5) consecutive days of on the road training. This is mandatory for all new hires. After training, all drivers start as part-time employees and can bid on full time jobs as they become available.

Mechanics - must have a CDL class B with passenger endorsement.
