Timeline for Investigating and Responding

While GNHTD works to provide for a prompt resolution of complaints, some complaints or incidents require more time to investigate than other complaints. GNHTD has established a seven (7) business day time frame for addressing complaints but works to resolve issues within one or two business days.

FILING AN APPEAL

If you are dissatisfied with the result of your ADA complaint, you may submit your appeal in writing to GNHTD by completing this online appeal form.
