Timeline for Investigating and Responding

While GNHTD works to provide for a prompt resolution of complaints, some complaints or incidents require more time to investigate than other complaints. GNHTD has established a seven (7) business day time frame for addressing complaints but works to resolve issues within one or two business days.

Lost and Found

Greater New Haven Transit District is not responsible for items left on the bus, lost or damaged. Before leaving the bus, riders should gather all their packages and personal belongings. If you leave an item on the bus, call 203-288-6643. If we find your misplaced item, you may pick it up by scheduling a next-day ride to our main office at 840 Sherman Avenue, Hamden, CT 06514 during the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Lost and Found items will be kept for 30-days before being discarded.

Objetos Perdidos  

Greater New Haven Transit District no se hace responsible de artículos dejados en el autobús, perdidos o dañados. Antes de salir del autobús, los pasajeros deben asegurarse de recoger todos sus paquetes y pertenencias personales.  Si a olvidado algún articulo en el autobús, por favor llame al 203-288-6643.  Si encontramos el artículo extraviado, usted puede recogerlo haciendo una reservación para el siguiente día con destino a nuestra oficina central en el 840 Sherman Avenue, Hamden, CT, 06514 durante el horario de 8:00am-5:00pm , de Lunes-Viernes.  Los artículos extraviados serán guardados por 30-dias antes de ser desechados.
