Tips for using our service
Exact fare is required. Bus operators do not make change.
Please be sure to cancel your trips at least 2 hours before the beginning of your pick up window to ensure your account remains in good standing.
No shows include any trip that has been canceled at the door once the driver has arrived. By lessening the number of no shows and cancels, it makes the service better for all.
- We just wanted to remind everyone that riders using our service may bring up to three (3) grocery totes or five (5) plastic grocery bags and/or one case of water, soda or soup.
