Phone Application and Web Portal

To better serve our customers and improve the overall experience, GNHTD has added two new ways for you to book, cancel, review rides. You can also use the app and web portal to get an ETA on your bus.

1. How to Download the Mobile App
     a. Open ‘Google Play’ store application on Android phone
     b. Search for ‘Amble App’
     c. Click on ‘Amble App’ and download

     a. Open ‘App Store’ application on iOS phone
     b. Search for ‘Amble App’
     c. Click on the ‘Amble App’ and download

2. How to Access the Web Portal
     a. Open an internet browser
     b. Type or copy this address https://rr.routematch.com/login?a=ct_gnhtd into the web address bar on your browser

3. How to Create a Rider Account
     a. In the Web Portal or App, click on ‘Create Account’

     b. Fill out the below information fields

     Note: Customer Internal ID is given to you by your agency. Password must maintain at least 1 capital and 1 lowercase
     letter, along with 1 non-alphabetic character such as a number or symbol.
     c. Click ‘Create’

4. How to Book a Trip
     a. Open Mobile App or Web Portal
     b. Click ‘Book a Trip’

     c. Select the following trip information from the drop-down menus
          i. Trip Date or Day of Departure (Cannot book more than 7 day into the future)
          ii. Time (Any ride booked between 5:00pm and 9:00am will be process for the following day)
          Example
          iii. Time Chosen is for (this defaults to PICK UP)
          iv. Depart(ing) From (drop down list includes home address and favorite addresses; call you agency to add a new
              address)

     Note: If you want a roundtrip ride, DO NOT forget to book an additional trip back
     d. Travel(ing) To (drop down list includes home address and favorite addresses; call you agency to add a new
              address)
     e. Click ‘Next or Next Step’
     e. Add any Attendants or Guests traveling with you during your trip

     f. Click ‘Next or Next Step’
     g. Review your Trip Breakdown and Itinerary
     h. Click ‘Next or Next Step’
     i. Congratulations your trip has been submitted for approval by the agency

Trip status definitions to assist you after your trip has been submitted for approval:
Pending - the ride you created is being reviewed for accuracy
Denied - ride you created was not approved (out of service area, no service at the time you requested, under 24 hr window)
Approved - the ride you created was accpeted
